In order to commit to a process of growth and development, it's important that you get to know your guide. It's one thing to rattle off your achievements but it's another to share the good, bad and ugly of your journey.


Make no mistake, the "shift storm" is here. And I'm devoting my time, talents and resources to helping agents that are just crazy enough to join me to drive massive growth in their business and life during the wild economic times that are coming.


Here's a little about me and why I'm so passionate about helping agents like you build businesses that allow for true time and money freedom.

Growing up, with this beautiful woman, My Mother.

After my parents got divorced when I was only (7) years old, along with my other two siblings; (one brother) & (one sister), I was able to face all the struggling moments that a divorced woman can deal with when she is trying to raise children. Those experiences and moments positively impacted my life.

I got into real estate in 2007,

My family and I moved to Florida from Puerto Rico in 2007, the same year I got my real estate license. Back in my time, my youngest daughter was only (2) years old, and my oldest was (7) years old. My goal as a mother was to be present in my daughters' life and to be able to participate in their school activities.

Having the chance of be a mother and business woman.

After being in the industry for a few years, along with my daughters growing up and maturing, I leverage more time to be dedicated to my business. I decided to change a few things on the way that I was conducting business, those changed allowed me to create more opportunities with a business structure and foundation.

in 2015, My first Move

I worked every day to hold a big deal together. I did whatever it took to help my clients. In that year, I realized that for me to grow in my business, I would need to add more knowledge about other markets, which would bring me more potential to generate more transactions and help more clients. I decided to learn about the International market. 

I decided to return to work and serve the local Florida market and become a mentor for new agents in the industry.

One of the most important days of my life was 2018

Wow! That year was the graduation of my oldest daughter. One big milestone was accomplished in my personal life that will help me to focus more in business production and the development of my new team that was already (2) years created.

My baby girl wasn't to baby any more...!

I was working more than ever. I had increased responsibilities at home and work. Something had to give if I were going to succeed in business and life. When our kids grow up is when our responsibilities grow as well. At this moment I decided to returns to work and serve the local Florida market and become a mentor for new agents in the industry.

I had a lot on the line.

I had to commit to building my business in a way where it shouldn't rely on me. Most top-producing real estate agents and team leaders are slaves to their businesses. They have no freedom whatsoever, but that wasn't going to be me. I had too much on the line. Finally, I decided to become completely independent and open my brokerage. My team and the new agents will have a better place, support, and business structure.

I built sustainable systems and empowered my team...

Now we have better system ready not only for my person, but my team members as well, where we can deploy analytics, Marketing strategies, and better business consultation process to make you double or triple your production all the way to reach Business Freedom.

The Journey Wasn't Easy & I Made All The Mistakes Possible But Now I Get to Help Others Get There With Less Pain & Struggle

And you end up working more hours to serve the increased demands of your business.


It’s a formula that doesn’t work if you want to have a life outside of real estate.

I was able to build a profitable, systems driven business that allowed me to step up in the areas of life that mattered most to me. And now you can too!

Knowing precisely how rocky my journey was, how many mistakes I made, I knew I could help others get there in half the time — and with less pain and suffering. And so I decided to pass on the wisdom and insights that I learned along the way.
