Important Items you need before apply for a new loan

If you are thinking on buy a new home, this  information going to be very useful for First Time buyer.

First you need:

1-  A specific area where you want to buy a property.

2- What type of property you are looking; Condo, Single home, Townhouse….

3- Amount of space you really need including how many rooms and baths

1- Find a professional on this area, for start with the budget for buy a home

2- Before you go to the interview with your new Financial advisor you may need this documents:

•  Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Social Security number
• 2 yrs of employment history
• 2 yrs of address history
• Last 2 yrs W-2
• Last 2-4 paystubs

Why you need a loan?  this is very important question and other important detail, “Be honest on what you really can pay” as a mortgage payment.

• Seguro Social (si aplica al caso)
• 2 a`nos de historia de empleo
• 2 a`nos de historia direccion residencial previa
• Ultimos 2 a`nos W-2
• Ultimos 2-4 talonarios de pagos

Sea honesto en hasta cuanto usted realmente puede pagar mensualmente.
